Ryan is a 4th generation Oregonian, Sheldon High School graduate, and University of Oregon Alum.  After school, Ryan entered into a career locally helping families with their insurance needs and financial advising at Country Financial.  A few years into his career, a friend and client founded a small company named that specialized in distressed real estate and helped Ryan in attempting to save his mothers home from a foreclosure that was the result of financial crimes committed against her.

Through the pursuit of saving his mothers home, Ryan became educated in the consumer side of the foreclosure process and was ultimately invited to join the startup on the ground floor.  Ryan’s primary responsibility was to assess homes for value, manage the acquisitions of homes at foreclosure auction, and help homeowners navigate the process pre- and post-foreclosure, giving him a unique level of experience and knowledge of the process from both the homeowner and legal perspective, allowing him to grow into the role of trainer and regional president for a company that expanded to invest across the country.

Working through the real estate crash in 2008 to help build a successful and highly reputable national company enabled Ryan to be part of thousands of individual stories over nearly two decades and uniquely positions Ryan as an expert in the industry.

In his free time, Ryan focuses on spending time with his family, including his wife Nicole, and two young children; Jonathan and Payton. When time permits, Ryan loves to travel, golf, or spend time supporting the Oregon Ducks. Ryan continues working in consulting roles, and advisory capacities for other small businesses both in Real Estate and other fields.
